Booths will be placed in the general hall areas adjoining the lecture rooms.
The University has (NO MORE as of May 5) a (limited) supply of floor area, desks, chairs and billboards, available on a first-come-first-served basis at a flat fee of 1000 DKK (~140 Euro, ~140 US $) for each exhibitor (a credit card form is available). The exhibitor has to set up the booth himself although the Technical Plant people from the University are usually quite helpful.
No guard service is supplied by the University.
Booth staff should register for the conference (including the basic registration fee) if they want access to participate in the conference food services.
Exhibitors may contact the conference by e-mail (Subject: Exhibition) asap <ams.scand.2000@imada.sdu.dk> with a description of their agenda and an indication of their needs concerning
as well as the anticipated number of staff and the duration of the exhibition.
