My research area is algebraic and geometric topology,
with a special view towards relations to (various versions of
controlled) algebraic K-theory. Further information can be found by

wife, Ellen S. Munkholm, and I have studied the life and mathematics of
the Danish Norwegian topologist Heegaard, and we have created a Heegaard home page.
