Excel - Maple functions
In order to get the Maple 6 capabilities into Excel, do the following:
- Start Excel.
- Click on the Funktioner menu button.
- Select Tilføjelsesprogrammer.... If you can't find this,
you may have to click on the 2 down arrows.
- Click on Gennemse....
- In the Søg i field, click on the down arrow by AddIns.
- Choose Lokal disk (C:).
- Choose Program Files. (On this and some others you should double click.)
- Choose Maple 6.
- Choose Excel.
- Choose WMIMPLEX (the only thing there).
- Click on OK. (Maple 6 Excel Add-In is already chosen.)
Now you should have 5 new red buttons to use in Excel. It is the
leftmost one that you will use here.
Comment: Note that when copying your Excel data to Maple,
if you click on an execution paragraph, rather than in a spreadsheet,
the data will be put in a matrix.
