Problem 14.3: Chromatic Uniqueness
The statements that every odd wheel is chromatically unique,
and that the 8-wheel is not, proved in a paper in 1984 by
S.-J. Xu and N.-Z. Li, were also proved, independently, by
I.G. Dmitriev in 1984 in his Ph.D. thesis at the Institute
of Mathematics, Russian Academy, Novosibirsk.
