Tenth Workshop on Applied/Advanced Research
in Combinatorial Optimization

January 20, 2003

University of Southern Denmark, Campusvej 55, Odense, Room 99 at the main entrance ground floor.

ARCO workshop January 20, 2003.

The ARCO center provides a link for the research in the interdiciplinary field of combinatorial optimization for the universities around the Sound (the Technical University of Denmark, the University of Copenhagen, the IT University of Copenhagen, the University of Lund and the University College of Malmö) and University of Southern Denmark. Participation from industry is encouraged. Information about ARCO and previous ARCO-workshops may be found at http://www.diku.dk/ARCO/.

The 10th ARCO Workshop was a one day event which took place on Monday, January 20, 2003 at University of Southern Denmark in Odense.

The invited talk was given by Maria Chudnovsky, Princeton University with the title "The Strong Perfect Graph Theorem". Chudnovsky, Robertson, Seymour and Thomas have recently proved the famous strong perfect graph conjecture. You can find the abstract of Chudnovsky's talk here.
